Job summary

Jit Team in Poland is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (or Frontend with backend potential) to join a greenfield financial project. You will design and build with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and React, collaborating with business teams in an Agile setup.

The role offers a hybrid model from multiple Polish cities and a chance to work with an international environment and Scandinavian culture. The team expects strong experience in full-stack development, JPA, and fluent English, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience in full-stack development with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and React.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with React and interest in backend development in Java.

• Designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and React.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather, refine, and translate requirements into user stories.

Salary: 900-1200 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (3 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a greenfield financial project within the Structured Loan Manager / Covenant area. Working in an Agile setup, you will collaborate closely with a dedicated business team to build and enhance a new application from scratch. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer, but we are also open to experienced Frontend Developers with expert-level React skills who would like to further develop their backend expertise.

Responsibilities You'll Have

• Designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and React
