Job summary

KK Group in Szczecin seeks an experienced Senior Engineer – Process Expert to advance our manufacturing capabilities. You will define manufacturing best practices, develop process specs, lead PFMEA and Control Plan activities, and drive DfX initiatives to improve product quality and process robustness.

You will work with Engineering, Quality, Production, IT, and R&D teams to ensure robust manufacturing processes and a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of DfX, PFMEA and Control Plans, process development and optimization, assembly processes, and root cause analysis.
• Experience using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Composer or similar).
• Experience developing jigs, fixtures, trolleys, and material handling equipment.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create Manufacturing Bill of Materials and Work Elements.
• Apply DFx principles to optimize product design and manufacturing robustness.
• Define assembly processes and methods.
• Enhance PFMEA, Control Plans, and risk mitigation activities.
• Create technical requirement specifications to improve processes and reduce defects.
• Implement solutions for manufacturing process improvement.
• Facilitate R&D to production transitions through cross-functional collaboration.
• Leverage data analytics for process improvement decisions.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
