Job summary

Arbex, based in Kraków, Poland, seeks a System Expert for SAP S/4HANA (Order-to-Cash) on a fixed-term 21-month contract. You will bridge Business, GBS, and DTS to ensure O2C processes and systems meet business needs, drive adoption, standardisation, and transformation initiatives globally.

The role focuses on driving cross-regional standardisation, supporting deployments, and partnering with finance and commercial teams to deliver sustainable solutions. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Order-to-Cash within SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong knowledge of Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Credit Management.
• Experience supporting SAP projects, ERP transformations, deployments, or system enhancements.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and influence without direct authority.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Drive and support global transformation programmes and SAP S/4HANA deployments across regions.
• Act as subject matter expert for Order Management, Pricing, Billing, CCM, and Credit Management.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define and validate requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, reporting, and customer experience.
• Support solution design, SIT, UAT, deployment readiness, and continuous improvement.
• Build partnerships with Finance, Commercial, Customer Service, and IT teams to deliver solutions.
