Job summary

Brown-Forman Corporation is seeking a Pricing Analyst to manage and validate all product prices within SAP, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer agreements. You will work with the sales, accounting, and customer services teams to establish consistent processes across finance and sales.

The role requires in-office presence four days a week with Fridays from home, a focus on data integrity, process improvements, and participation in audit/SoX activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales admin and rebates.
• Fluent English plus other European languages.
• IT literate with strong MS Excel skills.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate price lists creation and maintenance in SAP.
• Set and track on-invoice discounts by customers.
• Set, track off-invoice rebates in SAP aligned with agreements.
• Issue monthly and quarterly credit notes to customers.
• Update rates including promotions and customer-specific terms.
• Record debit notes and invoices and match to accruals.
• Identify discrepancies between discounts and claims.
• Support month-end close meetings and audit/SOX processes.
• Collaborate with Finance and Sales operations daily.
