Job summary

Brown-Forman in Warsaw seeks a Pricing Analyst to manage, organize and validate all Brown-Forman product prices within the SAP system, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer agreements. You will collaborate with Sales, Accounting, Customer Services and the internal finance team to support pricing and rebates.

The role involves setting prices and discounts in SAP, issuing credit notes, updating rates, and preparing for month-end and SOX audits.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales admin and rebates.
• Fluent English; other European languages are a plus.
• IT-literate with strong MS Excel skills.
• Familiarity with SAP and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and data handling abilities.
• Teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to influence and communicate clearly.
• Comfort with large volumes of data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate price lists creation and maintenance in SAP for sales and customer service.
• Set, update, and track On-invoice discounts by customer in SAP.
• Set, update, and track Off-invoice rebates per agreements and promotions.
• Issue monthly and quarterly credit notes per price structure.
• Update rates (general price, promotions, customer-specifics).
• Receive, record, and follow up debit notes and invoices; reconcile accruals.
• Identify discrepancies between calculated discounts and customer claims.
• Collaborate with Finance for month-end accruals and P&L alignment.
• Participate in audit/SOX documentation and processes.
