Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Poland is hiring a S2SE Operations Procurement Analyst in Katowice and Wroclaw. You will review requisitions, resolve invoice exceptions, and generate KPI reports in SAP SRM/VIM.

The role emphasizes end-to-end Procure to Pay, process improvements, and collaboration with end users and suppliers. You’ll contribute to a high-performing EY procurement operations team in a global, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Fluent English and French, both written and spoken.
• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Strong teamwork in virtual/global teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize own work and work independently.
• Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Participates in training and onboarding of new Procurement Analysts.
• Creates KPI reports and follows up on KPI exceptions to resolve root causes.
• Ensures approvals are completed timely according to KPIs and quality standards.
• Logs PO invoice exceptions and resolves 90% within 2 days.
• Executes processes as designed and contributes to process improvements.
• Escalates issues proactively to the S2SE Operations Team Lead.
• Collaborates with end users to gather feedback and identify improvements.
• Contributes to a high-performing procurement operations team.
