Job summary

Arbex is powering household names and seeking an experienced professional to manage Accounts Payable within S2P, driving process improvements and governance across global operations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives while leveraging SAP-based systems. Strong English communication and a Finance/Accounting degree are required, with 5+ years in AP.

Qualifications

• Finance or Accounting degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Procurement Operations knowledge is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cost efficiencies and drive continuous improvement in S2P with focus on Accounts Payable.
• Provide high-quality customer experience across S2P processes globally (AP).
• Lead projects and drive changes in S2P leveraging network for best practices.
• Support tests and process walkthroughs for S2P focusing on AP.
• Maintain relationships with internal customers and process stakeholders to remove inefficiencies.
• Support AP & P2P teams to meet department goals and metrics.
• Execute process controls and update SOPs as required.
• Drive process changes aligned with K-C plans in S2C (ES4).
• Standardize processes across EMEA, APAC & LATAM.
