Allucent invites a Site & Patient Engagement Manager II to join our A-team in Europe, offering hybrid/remote work. You will drive feasibility and site engagement activities, and lead patient recruitment and retention initiatives across studies and sponsor programs.

The role covers DCT offerings, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership of junior team members, with a focus on regulatory compliance and high-quality study delivery.

Qualifications

• Life science, healthcare and/or business degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in drug development and/or clinical research.
• Excellent knowledge of ICH/GCP, FDA and country regulations.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CTMS; strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Manage feasibility & site engagement activities across countries.
• Oversee patient recruitment and retention initiatives.
• Coordinate with sponsors, CTMS and site teams; ensure alignment with study timelines.
• Lead decentralized trials (DCT) offerings at the study level.
• Ensure SOPs and regulatory compliance (ICH/GCP).
• Develop relationships with sites and investigators; mentor junior staff.
