Citibank (Switzerland) AG is seeking a Reconciliation & Proofing Intermediate Analyst in Warsaw, Poland. The role is hybrid and focuses on daily GL reconciliation, exception handling, and process improvements within Citi Solutions Center Poland.

The candidate should have 2–5 years in accounting, strong analytical skills, and a solid foundation in accounting principles. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in accounting, preferably in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation of general ledger balances to sub-ledger.
• Prepare reconciliation packages and identify accounting exceptions.
• Analyze recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
• Monitor aging breaks on balance sheet accounts and resolve them.
• Communicate findings clearly with team members and business partners.
