Job summary

Wipro IT Services Poland is seeking a Service Delivery Manager in a hybrid role based in Warsaw, working three days a week from the office. The SDM will oversee testing across a large program, guide project managers, and define testing priorities within the governance board.

You will manage test programs, estimate effort, ensure QA methodologies, lead teams, handle stakeholder relationships, and drive process improvements with a focus on SLAs and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in QA, software/hardware testing, or service delivery roles.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test automation, and hardware/software integration.
• Proven experience managing service delivery for large-scale QA projects with client management and SLA tracking.
• Leadership and people management experience.
• Experience in project planning, budgeting and resource management.
• Track record of driving operational improvements and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with quality audits, compliance frameworks, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Test delivery management across program life cycle and define test program structure.
• Estimate effort, size teams, onboard and manage program test plans.
• Ensure conformance to methodologies, metrics, reports and governance reviews.
• Create synergy among project teams and share best practices.
• Establish relationships with CIO/Portfolio and suppliers to ensure engagement quality.
• Lead pursuits to win new business and own SLA dashboards.
• Consolidate risks and drive risk-based testing where needed.
