Sii Poland is seeking a skilled Python Developer to join a team delivering cloud-native software for complex telecommunications networks, including 5G. You will participate in the full lifecycle, collaborating with engineers, data scientists and telecom experts in a hybrid work setting.

The role emphasizes production-quality Python, Linux, Docker/Kubernetes, and API/microservice development, with Polish and English language proficiency and residency in Poland required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development with Python 3.
• Production-quality software design, implementation and maintenance.
• Experience with automated testing using pytest or unittest.
• Linux-based development and familiarity with containers.
• Understanding of containers, Docker and Kubernetes fundamentals.
• Experience developing microservices or web APIs and working with relational databases.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Advanced level of Polish and English; residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle from analysis to deployment.
• Develop cloud-native microservices and REST APIs.
• Process and analyze network configuration, performance and telemetry data.
• Write unit, integration and system tests.
• Troubleshoot application behavior in Linux and Kubernetes environments.
• Evaluate new technologies and contribute to PoCs.
• Collaborate with software developers, system engineers, data scientists and telecommunications experts.
