Job summary

Banking Circle, Warsaw, seeks a Procurement Manager to own end-to-end procurement across renewals, onboarding, sourcing and contract lifecycle. You will collaborate with Technology, Legal, Risk and Finance to ensure optimal commercial and governance outcomes while supporting a hybrid work model.

You will manage supplier onboarding, negotiations, contract records, and proactive savings initiatives across software, SaaS, professional services and outsourcing. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, IT or related field.
• At least five years of experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, contract management or supplier governance.
• Experience with technology procurement (SaaS, software licensing, managed services, cloud or infrastructure).

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier onboarding, due diligence, renewals, and procurement activities through contract execution.
• Lead supplier negotiations on terms, pricing and contracts balancing business needs and risk.
• Maintain audit-ready contract records and renewal schedules.
• Identify opportunities to improve value, reduce costs and mitigate supplier risk.
• Drive sourcing initiatives using market insights and stakeholder engagement.
• Act as procurement counterpart to internal stakeholders for assigned activities.
