Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its Brwinów facility. You will act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams, handling end-to-end interactions, resolving inquiries, and coordinating with supply chain and logistics to ensure smooth fulfillment.

The role requires 4+ years in internal sales or customer service, with fluency in Polish and English; Russian is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in internal sales or customer service (manufacturing/production background is a plus).
• Polish and English fluency; Russian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers across multi-channel inquiries (email, phone, live chat, presentations).
• Oversee end-to-end order processing and coordinate delivery with Planning and Logistics teams.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer issues and order discrepancies promptly.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and identify opportunities to cross-sell/up-sell.
• Conduct warm outbound calls and track sales activities and customer data in the CRM.
