Job summary

HCLTech in Poland is seeking a Data Analyst (50% FTE) for a hybrid role from Wroclaw. You will transform raw data into actionable insights, develop and maintain dashboards, and support cross‑functional teams with data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate has solid experience in data analysis, strong SQL skills, and proficiency with Power BI or Tableau. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and strong communication complete the profile.

• Proven experience in data analysis.

• Experience in designing and managing dashboards with Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business strategies.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data efficiently.
• Create, update, and manage reporting dashboards for internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to management to support data-driven decisions.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with company standards.
• Participate in periodic reviews and contribute to process improvements within the analytics function.
