Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a part-time Payroll/HR support specialist to assist the German payroll processes from Poland. The role requires German and English at least B2 level and hands-on MS Office skills, with strong communication and teamwork abilities.

This is a hybrid position (2 days in the office) under a civil contract (umowa zlecenie) with a planned cooperation until the end of 2027 and 50% FTE.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Payroll team in daily operations and administrative tasks related to payroll processes for the German market.
• Handle and respond to employee queries via the HR ticketing system (AskHR) in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist with processing and maintaining payroll-related data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Support data collection and validation related to sick leave and absence management required for payroll processing.
• Assist in processing Travel & Expense (T&E) data in line with company policies.
• Cooperate closely with Payroll team members to ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day activities.
• Maintain documentation and support data tracking in line with payroll procedures and compliance standards.
• Communicate regularly with German-speaking employees and stakeholders, using both German and English in your daily work.
