Qualifications

• German language skills at minimum B2.
• English language skills at minimum B2.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the Payroll team in daily operations and administrative tasks for the German market.
• Handle employee queries via the HR ticketing system (AskHR) in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist with processing and maintaining payroll-related data for accuracy and completeness.
• Support data collection and validation for sick leave and absence management.
• Assist in processing Travel & Expense data in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with Payroll team members to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
• Maintain documentation and data tracking in line with payroll procedures and compliance.
• Communicate regularly with German-speaking employees and stakeholders in German and English.
