YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Capgemini Connected Marketing Services team as a Junior Artwork Project Specialist. This position will work closely with a key client’s global innovation and design teams and support the client team with the delivery of packaging artwork projects.The Junior Artwork Project Specialist will manage multiple packaging artwork projects, from design through to print production, for a leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client. With over 1,5 years of experience and a strong background in project management, this individual will assist in day-to-day operations of artwork projects, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within the defined scope. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing artwork development and the production process within a CPG company or a related industry.

YOUR TASKS

assist in managing the day-to-day operations of multiple artwork projects from design through to print package;

facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Design, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and external stakeholders (agencies, printers, suppliers);

prepare meeting agendas, document minutes of meetings (MoMs), and coordinate on all activities related to packaging artwork;

maintain up-to-date records of project progress using project management tools and spreadsheets. This includes tracking milestones, deliverables, and any deviations from the original plan;

assist senior team members by facilitating meetings, coordinating between cross-functional teams and documentation support;

monitor progress, facilitate communication, and identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays for on-time pack design delivery and implement solutions to mitigate them;

communicate updates to Artwork project managers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and highlight potential impacts or risks;

assist in creating post-project reviews, documentation to summarize lessons learned, and recommend improvements;

identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays in the artwork development process and implement solutions to mitigate them;

compile regular artwork project reports that highlight progress, challenges, and solutions;

manage feedback loops, consolidating inputs to minimize iterations and maintain efficiency.

YOUR PROFILE

bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, project management, or a related field;

proven experience in managing end-to-end process of artwork, printing, and digital assets creation in a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) environment;

1,5+ years of experience in artwork management, packaging, or project management;

ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment across multiple functions (marketing, R&D, sourcing, design external agencies and operations);

proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com , or Jira is beneficial for tracking tasks, deadlines, and progress;

familiarity with artwork and design software is beneficial; while direct design involvement is not required, a basic understanding of platforms like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) can enhance communication with creative teams;

strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills;

highly collaborative, with strong experience working with global and local stakeholders;

functional knowledge of marketing, branding, and new product development;

excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
