Job summary

BNP Paribas Asset Management is seeking an AM Supplier Outsourcing Specialist to support outsourcing risk management and data controls within Procurement. You will help ensure procedures are followed, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive improvement of reporting dashboards.

The role offers hybrid work with 50% home working and opportunities for professional training within a global banking group.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to deploying the outsourcing risk management framework across BNPP AM entities.
• Support the Outsourcing correspondents in applying BNPP Group procedures for outsourcing.
• Coordinate annual review and certification campaigns of outsourcing arrangements (RISK 360).
• Identify and monitor remediation plans for quality or compliance gaps.
• Produce and consolidate reports, dashboards and KPIs for outsourcing risk management.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze key risks and focus areas.
• Support continuous improvement of tools, reports, and processes related to outsourcing risk management.

AM Supplier Outsourcing Specialist

We are looking for a motivated AM Supplier Outsourcing Specialist to join the Procurement department. The role of the AM Supplier Outsourcing Specialist is to support the Outsourcing Correspondents and beneficiaries in the application of BNPP Group and BNPP AM procedures, ensure the follow-up of the quality and completeness of data relating to outsourcing arrangements and contribute to the control framework and participates in the production of associated reports and indicators.

Requirements

• Experience in risk management, internal control, outsourcing risk management, procurement risk, or similar regulatory environment.


• Good understanding of the issues related to outsourcing, third-party oversight, and operational risk management.


• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in an international and cross-functional environment.


• Strong rigor in data tracking, reporting, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the operational deployment of the outsourcing risk management framework for all BNPP AM entities.


• Support the Outsourcing correspondents and beneficiaries in understanding and applying the procedures, methodologies, and requirements of the BNPP Group related to outsourcing.


• Participate in the coordination of annual review, update and certification campaigns of the outsourcing arrangements register (RISK 360).


• Contribution to the identification and monitoring of remediation plans related to identified quality or compliance gaps.


• Produce and consolidate reports, dashboards and monitoring indicators related to outsourcing arrangements and the Outsourcing Risk Management framework.


• Monitor KPIs and contribute to the analysis of key risks and points of attention


• Participate in the continuous improvement of tools, reports and processes related to the Outsourcing Risk Management framework
