Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking a Derivatives Analyst to report on OTC positions and book transactions effectively in Warsaw. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in Asset Management or Investment Banking and fluency in English.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and have significant exposure to capital markets operations, focusing on OTC derivatives. The position offers a mixed working model of remote and in-office work.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Asset Management or Investment Banking.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver reports on OTC derivative positions.
• Perform booking of externally executed OTC trades.
• Oversee outsourced Middle Office operations.
• Conduct EMIR-related controls on OTC valuations.
• Track and report residual exposures and associated risks.
• Assist in activities related to back-office or front-office tool migrations.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Strengthen process documentation.

Skills

Strong understanding of front-to-back processes for OTC derivatives

Knowledge of OTC derivatives pricing and analytics

Advanced Excel skills (VBA is a plus)

Education

Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
