Job summary

State Street in Poland is seeking an Expert within the Derivatives CoE to support complex derivatives data processing. The Senior Associate will act as a central point of contact for processing teams, clients and brokers, ensuring documentation, controls and timely risk reviews are in place.

The role offers a permanent contract with a hybrid work model (3 days in-office per week) and opportunities for development.

Responsibilities

• Participate as Subject Matter Expert in development and testing of new tools/systems and projects.
• Act as central point of contact for technical/operational issues in derivatives processing.
• Review corporate documentation of processes and controls; ensure accuracy and remediation as needed.
• Contribute to Derivatives Operating Model analysis and standardization efforts.
• Provide support for business transitions to Poland and cross-team collaboration.
• Monitor risks and ensure timely completion of tasks and reports.
