Job summary

Accenture is seeking a mid-to-senior professional for Asset Management Operations in Poland. You will run cash/position controls, support middle/back-office inquiries, and validate NAV prices for portfolios.

The role offers a 50/50 hybrid work model in Warsaw or Gdansk, with flexibility to support work/life balance and client collaboration. Strong Excel/VBA skills and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business/Finance or relevant experience in Asset Management Operations.
• 3–5 years of experience in Middle office/Front Office Support roles.
• Fluent in English both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Run cash and positions controls in the FO system and reconcile vs custody oversight.
• Serve as point of contact for middle and back-office inquiries from Fund Managers and fund accountants.
• Perform NAV validation on portfolios and assist with investment support tasks.
• Support Portfolio Control activities to ensure compliance with risk framework.
• Assist Fund Managers on cash management, asset servicing, instrument valuation, and related tasks.
• Contribute to creation of/changes to portfolios and new types of instruments.
• Assist with development and testing of system changes and participate in governance.
