You will gain experience across large-scale projects in Poland, with training, certifications, and opportunities for travel across Europe, combining remote work with in-person collaboration at client sites.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of professional experience in a business/tech analysis role.
• Experience with SQL/databases (Oracle preferred).
• Knowledge of capital markets instruments is a plus.
• Strong communication in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work in international projects with travel.

Responsibilities

• Work as a business analyst on implementation projects for international clients.
• Participate in strategy design, operating model work, and process improvement.
• Support application outsourcing and BPO initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams to apply Accenture best practices.
