Aon plc in Kraków seeks a M&A Compliance Specialist to support AMATS from a compliance perspective, handling BCOI checks and related admin duties. The role is hybrid, with flexibility to work virtually and from the Kraków office.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in administration, strong MS Office skills, and experience in compliance/audit, along with solid English (B2+). You will report to the AMATS group and collaborate across internal stakeholders.

Formación

• Educated to University level.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills both oral and written.
• English language at B2 or higher.
• Experience in compliance/audit environment strongly desired.
• 1-2 years of administration and office experience in a professional, client-facing environment.
• Fully competent with MS Office and MS Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Initial compliance process for AMATS projects across UK and EMEA.
• Ongoing control for Market Abuse Regulations for insider projects.
• Run audit projects to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Conduct BCOI checks for due diligence projects in EMEA.
• Support compliance process improvement initiatives and testing of new tools.
• Run training sessions on the compliance framework.
• Act as liaison with internal stakeholders at various seniority levels.
• Prepare reports with key metrics for senior leadership.
• Handle ad hoc duties and initiatives to ensure proper workflow.
