As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.

What the day will look like

As a Compliance Senior Analyst, you will support the EMEA Compliance Senior Manager and the wider EMEA Compliance team in building and maintaining a strong compliance culture across the region. You will help gather and organise information, maintain documentation, prepare analyses and decision‑making materials, and provide day‑to‑day compliance guidance, advice and approvals.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the execution of compliance initiatives, projects, policies and procedures across EMEA, including reviewing and updating policies and procedures to promote a strong compliance culture.
  • Providing accurate, timely and consistent advice and guidance (and where applicable approvals) to local country compliance colleagues on operational documents and procedures to ensure effective compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Liaising with Compliance colleagues at local, regional and global levels to ensure policies, materials and training reflect trends, issues and best practices identified across countries.
  • Contributing to the oversight of the anti‑bribery and corruption framework, including reviews of new and existing third‑party relationships, gifts and entertainment, sponsorships and donations, and personal conflicts of interest, and assessing their impact on Aon’s policies and procedures.
  • Helping to develop, maintain and administer Aon’s Compliance framework, including managing the EMEA Compliance team’s administrative protocols, tasks and regular reporting/MI.
  • Preparing materials for internal reporting in collaboration with subject‑matter experts, and reviewing and providing compliance approvals (together with the EMEA Compliance Senior Manager where required).
  • Maintaining key registers and SharePoint sites (e.g. EMEA third‑party overview, EMEA RWG SharePoint) and collecting and organising information from the business to support compliance assessments and regulatory reviews.
  • Assisting in preparing documents, reports, presentations and initial analyses to support decision‑making by senior compliance colleagues.
How this opportunity is different

This is an opportunity to play a central role in how a major, globally recognised firm manages compliance for its EMEA insurance, pensions and investments businesses, while being based in our growing Krakow hub. You will:

  • Work closely with EMEA Compliance colleagues across all Aon EMEA countries, as well as Regional (e.g. LATAM, APAC) and Corporate Compliance teams.
  • Collaborate with shared services teams such as Operations and Finance, gaining broad exposure to Aon’s business and processes.
  • Act as an advisor on regulatory questions alongside the wider team – influencing policies, helping design processes and solutions, and contributing to board and committee reporting.
  • Be supported by an experienced Compliance team with deep regulatory expertise and access to Aon’s global knowledge network.
  • Benefit from a culture that genuinely prioritises wellbeing, flexibility and development, within an inclusive and people‑focused organisation.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Experience in compliance, financial crime, business administration or a related field, ideally within financial services and/or with EU regulatory exposure.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to structure information, prepare clear analyses and work accurately under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), with confidence interacting with partners from diverse geographies and cultures.
  • Strong organisational, prioritisation and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage your own workload and coordinate multiple tasks; very good IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook) and openness to using AI tools.
  • An organised, reliable and detail‑oriented working style, with initiative, integrity, the ability to handle confidential information responsibly and a genuine interest in developing further within compliance.
