Aon Corporation in Krakow is seeking an EMEA Central Compliance Senior Analyst to support regulatory and compliance activities across the EMEA region. The role is hybrid, based in Krakow, offering both office and remote work flexibility within Poland.

You will work with Compliance Business Partners and senior staff to ensure policies and procedures align with evolving regulations, prepare reports for boards, and monitor regulatory developments across insurance, pensions, and investment

EMEA Central Compliance Senior Analyst

What the day will look like

As an EMEA Central Compliance Senior Analyst, you will support the delivery of compliance activities across the EMEA region. Working closely with Compliance Business Partners and senior collaborators, you will help ensure that policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are successfully implemented and maintained.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks
  • Providing compliance guidance and day-to-day support to business partners
  • Supervising regulatory developments and assessing their impact on Aon's operations
  • Preparing compliance reports, presentations, and materials for senior management, boards, and committees
  • Supporting regulatory reporting requirements and maintaining compliance registers
  • Collaborating with colleagues across Compliance, Risk, Operations, and other business functions throughout EMEA

Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Experience in Compliance, Risk, Legal, Financial Services, or a related field
  • Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within financial services
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret information and identify key risks
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with partners across different teams and locations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
