Job summary

Aon plc in Kraków is seeking an EMEA Central Compliance Manager to lead a team of Compliance Managers and advise on regulatory matters. This hybrid role combines virtual work with time at the Aon Centre in Krakow, focusing on regulatory change across the EMEA region.

The role requires strong regulatory expertise, leadership and the ability to communicate effectively with boards and senior partners. Based in Kraków with hybrid work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in compliance, regulatory or risk roles, ideally in financial services and/or EU frameworks.
• Proven ability to interpret regulatory requirements in a commercial environment.
• Strong leadership skills with experience coaching professionals in international settings.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills; able to simplify complex issues for stakeholders.
• Proactive, structured, collaborative style with high integrity handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate, analyse and help respond to regulatory changes across EMEA.
• Translate regulatory expectations into clear business requirements, policies and procedures.
• Provide timely compliance advice to business stakeholders and risk partners.
• Coordinate core elements of the Compliance framework, including registers and sign‑offs.
• Prepare and review materials for regulators and for senior partners, boards and committees.
• Coordinate with Compliance colleagues across EMEA to align policies and training.
