EY GDS Poland is seeking an Agentic Automation Lead Developer in Katowice with strong RPA and Power Platform expertise. You will design, develop, test, and deploy intelligent automation solutions for major market players in the EMEIA region and globally.

The role combines technical delivery with consulting to optimize business processes and drive digital transformation. You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders, lead end-to-end automation initiatives, and stay at the forefront of APA,

Formación

4+ years of proven experience in developing and implementing automation solutions with Agentic Process Automation principles.
Deep knowledge of automation platforms (e.g., MS Power Platform, UiPath) and successful implementations.
Ability to understand business needs and translate them into efficient automation solutions.
Experience working on transformation initiatives through automation.
Ability to work independently and manage projects while collaborating with a team.

Responsabilidades

Analyse, define and propose automation solutions to clients.
Lead design, development, testing, deployment of agentic automation using APA platforms and AI services.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
Re-engineer business processes for optimal automation using agentic approaches.
Integrate APA solutions with enterprise systems, databases, APIs and third‑party services.
Develop and maintain conversational agents or AI-powered assistants.
Monitor and improve deployed automations for reliability and impact.
Stay current with APA, generative AI, LLMs, and related technologies.
