Job summary

SNI is seeking a skilled SharePoint and Microsoft 365 administrator for a 6-month hybrid role based in Warsaw. You will manage SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Entra ID, while automating tasks with PowerShell and Graph API.

Responsibilities include governance, risk mitigation, and data protection in collaboration with cybersecurity teams to enable Copilot adoption and secure data handling.

Qualifications

• Hands-on administration of SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Entra ID.
• Experience with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API for automation and reporting.
• Knowledge of M365 Governance, permissions, and data protection practices.
• Familiarity with data loss prevention and security audits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, configure, and optimize SharePoint Online architecture (Hub Sites, libraries, lists, pages).
• Audit permissions, sharing links, and guest access to minimize data oversharing.
• Define and enforce M365 governance, site lifecycle, and access provisioning policies.
• Prepare environment for Microsoft Copilot adoption and secure data handling.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on risk assessments and data protection.
