Job summary

Sonova is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager HR Technology to drive complex HR technology initiatives across international teams, ensuring initiatives are well defined, resourced, and funded before delivery. You will own the HR Technology demand management, lead global IT projects, manage scope, budgets and risks, and coordinate release governance with Module Owners.

Degree or equivalent qualification in IT, Business Management or a related field.
Around 7 years of project management experience, ideally in an international environment.
Strong experience managing complex IT projects and stakeholders.
Experience with HR Technology/HRIS, SAP SuccessFactors.
Experience with demand, release or change governance.
Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Own HR Technology demand management from intake to delivery.
Lead complex, international IT projects through planning to delivery.
Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies and risks.
Translate HR Technology roadmap into delivery plans.
Coordinate release and change governance with Module Owners.
Manage capacity across internal teams and external partners.
Lead strategic initiatives such as the Eiger G3 and Global Merit programme.
Manage strategic IT suppliers, including contracts, budgets, performance and delivery quality.
Provide clear communication and progress updates to senior stakeholders.
