Job summary

Accenture Poland is growing its Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team in a hybrid role based in Kraków, Warsaw or Wrocław. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, uncover opportunities and build lasting relationships while collaborating with the sales team.

You should be fluent in English and either Estonian or Latvian at C1, have strong communication skills, and show curiosity about IT and cloud-based technologies. Training and certifications are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Language(s) required: English and Estonian or Latvian, minimum level C1.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and grow opportunities.
• Build long-term customer relationships and support growth within your accounts.
• Learn partners' business goals and use data and insights to help them achieve success.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships.
• Monitor, analyze, and share key business metrics and market trends with internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Support medium-sized and large business clients across a variety of opportunities and projects.
• Participate in the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to presenting solutions to prospective customers.
• Qualify potential customers and turn leads into sales opportunities by understanding their business needs, priorities, and decision-making process.
