Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, helping existing and new clients discover additional solutions and opportunities.
• Build long-term customer relationships and support growth within accounts.
• Learn partners' business goals and use data and insights to help them achieve success.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships.
• Monitor, analyze, and share key business metrics and market trends with internal stakeholders.
• Support medium-sized and large business clients across opportunities and projects.
• Participate in the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to presenting solutions.
• Qualify potential customers and turn leads into sales opportunities by understanding business needs.
