Jit Team is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong IAM expertise to lead complex security initiatives from planning through delivery. You will manage scope, budgets, risks, and timelines while coordinating cross-functional teams across international contexts.

The role emphasizes MFA rollout, governance, and regulatory compliance, with hybrid work from Gdynia/Gdańsk and interactions in English within a Nordic-influenced, Scandinavian culture.

Formación

• Proven experience delivering enterprise IAM or cybersecurity projects, preferably MFA or Access Management initiatives.
• Experience coordinating large-scale user migration or authentication transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Hello for Business and conditional access policies.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, technology, and security functions.
• Experience managing project scope, risks, dependencies, schedules and executive reporting.
• Extensive IAM delivery and transformation project experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Lead delivery teams and drive execution of project objectives.
• Facilitate workshops, governance forums, and decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance, security, and governance requirements are met.
• Support MFA rollout activities across business units and geographies.
• Track MFA adoption, progress, risks, issues, and dependencies with status reports.
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance, pilot deployments, and production releases for MFA.
• Ensure deliverables meet IAM, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage stakeholder communication, change management, and business readiness.
• Support escalations and blockers impacting MFA delivery and onboarding.
• Assist resource planning, budget tracking, vendor coordination, and governance.
