Job summary

DCG is seeking an Expert IAM Project Manager in Gdynia, Poland, to lead enterprise IAM initiatives and MFA rollout across geographies. You will coordinate business, technology, and security teams, manage scope, budgets, and timelines, and drive delivery governance with executive reporting.

The role requires extensive IAM delivery experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with RBAC, JML, SoD, and modern authentication controls.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering enterprise IAM or cybersecurity projects, preferably MFA or Access Management initiatives.
• Extensive experience in IAM delivery and transformation projects.
• Experience coordinating large-scale user migrations or authentication transformation projects.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Hello for Business, Conditional Access policies, authentication methods, and access management controls.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills across business, technology, and security functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery governance.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, technology, and security teams.
• Lead delivery teams and drive execution of project objectives.
• Facilitate workshops, governance forums, and decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with IAM, security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and coordinate MFA rollout activities across business units and geographies.
• Track MFA adoption, implementation progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Provide regular project status reporting to stakeholders.
• Manage MFA-related risks, exceptions, compensating controls, and remediation activities.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, pilot deployments, and production releases.
• Manage stakeholder communication, change management, and business readiness for MFA adoption.
• Support resolution of escalations and blockers impacting MFA delivery and business onboarding.
• Coordinate resource planning, budget tracking, and vendors.

• Manage stakeholder communication, change management, and business readiness for MFA adoption
• Support resolution of escalations and blockers impacting MFA delivery and business onboarding
• Coordinate resource planning, budget tracking, and vendors

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering enterprise IAM or cybersecurity projects, preferably MFA or Access Management initiatives
• Extensive experience in IAM delivery and transformation projects
• Experience coordinating large‑scale user migrations or authentication transformation projects
• Familiarity with Microsoft Hello for Business, Conditional Access policies, authentication methods, and access management controls
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills across business, technology, and security functions
• Experience managing project scope, risks, dependencies, schedules, budgets, project governance, and executive reporting
• Experience managing international teams and large‑scale enterprise initiatives
• Knowledge of Access Governance, Role‑Based Access Control (RBAC), Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver (JML) processes, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and compliance controls
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
