Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in HR Operations Generalist within an international environment.
• Working knowledge of Polish labor law is a must have.
• Strong business communication skills, with a clear, concise, and to-the-point communication style.
• Hands-on experience with payroll coordination and collaboration with external payroll providers.
• Native-level proficiency in Polish.
• Business-level proficiency in English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, independently handling day-to-day HR-related questions.
• Independently manage HR administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage and maintain employee accounts and data, keeping information up to date.
• Coordinate monthly payroll activities and liaise with external payroll provider.
• Conduct regular quality checks of employee data, accounts, and files.
• Administer employee benefits and programs, including ongoing communications.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company culture and global guidelines.
