EPAM Systems in Poznań is seeking a Senior GCP DevOps Engineer to guide architecture, migrate data, troubleshoot, and monitor cloud solutions. You will implement CI/CD, IaC, and scale cloud applications while ensuring best practices.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams across AI and cloud domains. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in DevOps/Cloud, strong GCP and Kubernetes expertise, and proficiency with Python and CI/CD tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering.
• GCP services experience: GKE, CloudBuild, Secret Management, Container Registry.
• Manage HA, scalability and security for Kubernetes clusters.
• proficient with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
• Terraform or Ansible for infra automation.
• Familiar with Python for scripting and debugging.
• Experience with AI toolchains and GenAI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Clarify technical requirements and project scope with customers.
• Maintain active communication to ensure project alignment.
• Support cloud-native application adaptation and modernization.
• Implement CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaaC).
• Design scalable cloud apps with CDN, caching, and load balancing.
• Deploy and configure GCP services including identity, security, and billing.
• Document decisions, designs and processes for future reference.
• Monitor, troubleshoot cloud apps and network connectivity.
• Share knowledge and participate in team training.
