Job summary

Tate & Lyle PLC in Łódź is seeking a Financial Reporting Coordinator to support timely financial statements, reconcile accounts, and ensure policy compliance. You will mentor junior colleagues, improve processes, and contribute to month-end close activities with focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience in general ledger / financial reporting.
• Experience with SAP and financial systems.
• Proficiency in Excel; VBA, Power Query advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve GL journal entries and reconciliations.
• Coordinate Financial Reporting tasks and support Team Leader.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc financial reports and data for consolidation.
• Support internal/external audits and maintain control compliance.
• Lead process improvements in General Ledger area.
