Job summary

Tate & Lyle Global Shared Services Centre in Łódź is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant to support timely financial reporting and month-end close. The role involves preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, ensuring policy compliance, and mentoring junior staff.

You will work with SAP and Hyperion tools, collaborate with audit teams, and contribute to process improvements and automation in the General Ledger function.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience with SAP software.
• BW/HFM (Hyperion) experience desirable.
• Strong Excel, VBA, Power Query and Power BI skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end close, journal entries, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Assist with financial statements and data for consolidation.
• Develop process improvements and automate where possible.
• Liaise with Internal and External Audit.
• Mentor junior accountants.
