Job summary

Netwrix Corporation in Kraków is seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee multiple teams building Identity Governance and Administration solutions. You will scale processes, align technical execution with business goals, and lead teams developing .NET-based systems with SQL Server, Elasticsearch, and Azure SaaS multi-tenant architectures.

You will integrate agentic AI capabilities, drive architectural integrity, mentor leaders, and partner with Product, Design, and Security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise software development.
• 5+ years leading multiple teams and managers.
• Expertise in .NET (C#, ASP.NET), SQL Server, Elasticsearch.
• Experience with Azure or AWS and SaaS multi-tenant solutions.
• Knowledge of identity data structures, IAM security, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale multiple enterprise engineering teams, championing ownership and mentorship.
• Set technical direction and ensure architectural integrity across services.
• Oversee Directory Management/IGA solutions utilizing .NET, SQL Server, and Elasticsearch.
• Drive Azure/cloud-native technologies and microservices architecture while managing debt.
