Job summary

Aristocrat Leisure is seeking a Systems Engineer to maintain stable, secure, and scalable information systems in a hybrid Kraków environment. You will lead cloud infrastructure builds, optimize performance, and manage IAM across platforms.

The role requires strong Windows Server experience, cloud knowledge (GCP/AWS/Azure), and collaboration with IT leadership. You will document processes, support onboarding/offboarding, and ensure regulatory compliance while seeking continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT/Network/System Administration in large enterprise environments preferred.
• MCITP with 3+ years of equivalent Systems Engineer experience; CCNA and IT Security certs (Security+, CISSP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead build and implementation of scalable infrastructure and applications.
• Assess systems and recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability.
• Provide advanced administration for core infrastructure (Windows, cloud platforms, identity, M365, IAM).
• Manage IAM across cloud platforms to ensure secure access and SSO/MFA configurations.
• Collaborate with IT leadership and engineering teams; build thorough documentation and procedures.
