Job summary

Kimberly-Clark USA is seeking an HR Specialist to join the EMEA HR Operations team. The role covers multiple geographies with a focus on Poland GBS Center, delivering day-to-day hire-to-retire HR processes, policies, and services in partnership with a third-party provider.

You will manage local legislation, support ad-hoc projects, update HR content, and drive continuous improvement while delivering customer-focused service across EMEA.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational HR or HR shared services.
• Solid knowledge of Polish Labour Law and statutory documents.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• HR Operations Management with local market knowledge for day-to-day processes.
• Ensure adherence to standards; partner with a third-party provider for improvements.
• Handle local legislative tasks as appropriate.
• Deliver resolution for complex issues and escalations.
• Provide administrative support for ad-hoc projects and labour relations.
• Review and update HR policies; maintain content on HR portal.
• Collaborate with outsourced provider to manage service delivery and drive improvements.
