Job summary

Kimberly-Clark in Kraków is hiring for an HR Operations role focused on delivering day-to-day HR processes across EMEA, with a primary emphasis on Poland GBS Center. The six-month contract covers maternity leave and works with a third-party partner to provide efficient services to employees and team leaders.

The successful candidate will manage local HR policies, ensure compliant operations, and support multiple geographies while delivering excellent customer service and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an operational HR capacity or HR shared services with Polish Labour Law awareness.
• Fluent English & Polish required for day-to-day interactions and reporting.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HR operations services with local market knowledge for hire-to-retire processes.
• Collaborate with third-party provider to ensure high service levels and continuous improvement.
• Handle local Labour Relations tasks and policy updates on KC HR portal.
• Resolve complex HR issues and escalations while maintaining compliance.
• Support ad-hoc projects and cross-geography HR initiatives, primarily for Poland GBS Center.
