Job summary

PerkinElmer in Krakow is hiring two Consumables Demand Generation Specialists to join the global consumables team, one supporting EMEA and one US. You will design and run Salesforce-based campaigns that drive consumables sales, collaborating with sales, product, and e-commerce, and using AI tools to personalize touchpoints.

Hybrid work at Quattro Business Park includes 3 days in office; you will own campaign strategy, manage cadences, build target lists, and analyze performance to maximize

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, demand generation, or marketing operations with direct ownership of CRM-based campaigns.
• Experience building or managing email marketing campaigns and multi-touch outreach cadences.
• Familiarity with inside sales motions and how marketing campaigns support recurring-revenue models.
• Strong written and verbal English communication across multiple regions and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Ownership: manage SFDC-based campaigns and outreach cadences to drive consumables revenue.
• Enablement & partnership: develop talking points and scripts for reps to convert campaign leads.
• Cross-functional alignment: work with product, e-commerce, and marketing to align strategy with GTM plans.
• Data & segmentation: build accurate target lists by region and product line in SFDC.
• Cadence design: create multi-touch outreach sequences aligned with buying cycles.
• AI-enabled content: generate personalized content and subject lines at scale.
• Performance reporting: build dashboards and share results with leadership.
• Process improvement: streamline handoffs and reduce manual work.
• Direct digital-driven revenue: drive traffic and sales to e-commerce platform.
