Job summary

Aon is seeking a Process Improvement, Data and Automation Manager in Kraków. The role focuses on driving process optimisation, automation and data-powered governance across the organisation, in a hybrid working arrangement.

You will lead initiatives with Business Governance and various teams to identify opportunities, deliver improvements and embed balanced solutions, while strengthening controls and decision-making through data analytics and AI-enabled approaches.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Governance and wider business to secure agreement and drive adoption of new solutions.
• Lead change and project delivery activities, ensuring improvements are implemented effectively and deliver measurable benefits.
• Analyse processes and information to find opportunities for simplification, automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Develop and enhance dashboards, reporting and data visualisations to support governance, risk and control decisions.
• Improve data quality, consistency and accessibility by collaborating with data owners and SMEs.
• Ensure all improvements align with Risk Management Framework, regulatory requirements and internal policies.

What the day will look like

As Process Improvement, Data and Automation Manager, you will lead initiatives that enhance the efficiency, effectiveness and governance of business processes through process optimisation, automation and improved use of data. Working closely with Business Governance leaders and a broad range of collaborators, you will help find opportunities, deliver improvements and embed balanced solutions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Experience using reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms to build impactful dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Proficient written and spoken English
• Knowledge of workflow, automation or low‑code technologies, such as Power Automate, RPA tools or equivalent solutions, or experience partnering effectively with technical teams to deliver automation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work collaboratively, challenge constructively and drive change in an inclusive and supportive way.
