Job summary

Aon is seeking a Process Improvement, Data and Automation Manager in Kraków. The role focuses on driving process optimisation, automation and data-powered governance across the organisation, in a hybrid working arrangement.

You will lead initiatives with Business Governance and various teams to identify opportunities, deliver improvements and embed balanced solutions, while strengthening controls and decision-making through data analytics and AI-enabled approaches.

Qualifications

• Data literacy to analyze trends and derive improvements in governance, risk and controls.
• Strong ability to translate analytics into actionable business improvements.
• Proficient use of dashboards and reporting tools to influence decision-making.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of low-code automation tools or collaboration with tech teams for automation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaborative change leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategy for process improvement, automation and data-driven governance, aligned with business priorities and standards.
• Identify, prioritise and deliver a pipeline of process, reporting and automation improvements that drive efficiency, strengthen controls and enhance decision-making.
• Partner with Business Governance and wider business to secure agreement and drive adoption of new solutions.
• Lead change and project delivery activities, ensuring improvements are implemented effectively and deliver measurable benefits.
• Analyse processes and information to find opportunities for simplification, automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Develop and enhance dashboards, reporting and data visualisations to support governance, risk and control decisions.
• Improve data quality, consistency and accessibility by collaborating with data owners and SMEs.
• Ensure all improvements align with Risk Management Framework, regulatory requirements and internal policies.
