Job summary

Talanto, a global engineering partner, seeks a Data Analyst to join our data team in Poland. You will validate data, profile ETL pipelines, and trace issues to root causes while documenting business rules. Strong SQL/Python skills and a good eye for quality are essential.

English at B2 level is required for collaboration with international teams. You will work with a PostgreSQL data warehouse, contribute to data quality initiatives, and partner with data engineers to ensure reliable,

Qualifications

2 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
Proficiency in Python and SQL.
Experience with data warehouses, ideally PostgreSQL.
Understanding of ETL processes and data quality profiling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
B2 English level, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Check data accuracy and consistency across our data warehouse (PostgreSQL).
Work through ETL processes to profile data and identify quality issues.
Trace anomalies back to their root cause.
Document the business rules that govern the data.
Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to keep the data warehouse reliable and well understood.
