Job summary

Nordea in Poland is seeking an IT Security Compliance Specialist to ensure adherence to bank standards by creating security configuration baselines across diverse technologies. You will work with international teams to implement regulatory and internal requirements in a fast-growing domain.

The role focuses on evaluating configurations, performing security analyses, and collaborating with multiple departments to foster a culture of compliance.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Linux and Windows platforms is a must.
• Experience with performing security audits.
• Knowledge of administering databases would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of CIS benchmarking, MS Security Compliance Manager, Qualys Policy Compliance, or similar tools is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of Python scripting is an advantage.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Creating new Security Configuration Baselines based on vendor documentation, internal and external regulations (including NIST, CIS).
• Performing technical assessment how to configure given technology in secure manner.
• Performing in depth analysis of security configuration requirements for variety of technologies.
• Collaborating with other departments to create culture of compliance.
