Job summary

FRoSTA AG in Bydgoszcz is seeking a Finance & Controlling Business Controller (f/m/d) to act as a strategic partner to the Polish and Central European management teams, contributing to the company’s success.

You will provide transparent performance insights, identify market drivers, support Sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing with sound analyses, and drive cross-functional projects across borders.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting with a focus on controlling.
• Knowledge of Central European and Polish markets or willingness to adapt processes for Polish/CEE markets.
• Ability to present complex topics clearly to internal stakeholders.
• High level of commitment with a strong drive to achieve goals and excellent analytical skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business partner to Polish and Central European management teams.
• Provide transparent insights into performance, identify key market drivers, and evaluate actions based on opportunities and risks.
• Support the development of local Sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing by acting as a co-pilot and enabling effective decision-making.
• Develop and monitor market strategies with the Sales team, and prepare analyses and business cases for customers.
• Participate in domestic and international cross-functional projects.
