Job summary

Orange in Kraków is seeking a Financial Controller to join a cross‑company transition project. You will shape financial processes, prepare budgets and forecasts, build models, and provide insights for strategic decisions in an international, pro‑active team.

The role focuses on monthly reporting, variance analysis, labor cost classification, and intercompany settlements, with close collaboration with senior decision-makers. Hybrid work and a broad benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of budgeting, financial planning, modeling, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Create financial models to support business decisions.
• Monthly reporting and analysis of financial results.
• Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Collect and process data for key cost and revenue indicators.
• Supervise month-end closing and management accounting.
• Valuation and classification of labor costs.
• Calculate and book intercompany settlements.
• Verify invoices between group companies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Control purchase requisitions and approve contracts.
• Collaborate with applicants and participate in audits.
• Prepare financial presentations for management.
• Provide financial support for strategic projects (business cases, tracking benefits).
• Prepare the annual budget and cost adjustments.
• Direct cooperation with decision-makers.
