Job summary

Hager Polska is seeking a seasoned Controlling Business Partner for SEW Europe, based in Bieruń, Poland, to drive value and cost efficiency across eight countries. Reporting to the Controlling Business Partner - International Sales (Dubai), you will lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics for middle and small markets in Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree or equivalent academic qualification.
• 7–10 years of international Controlling experience with close business proximity.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Customer orientation and ability to work cross-functionally with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the market area business for International Sales with key decision-makers.
• Provide financial guidance on strategic and operational decisions.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting within Integrated Financial Planning (IFP).
• Coordinate budget preparation and challenge local targets to ensure alignment with group targets.
