Job summary

Citi in Warsaw, Poland is seeking an Asset Servicing Analyst 2. The role is hybrid, with a focus on reconciling and processing positions for Corporate Action events, and liaising with multiple units to support clients.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, fluent English, and knowledge of equity, fixed income and asset-backed securities, plus strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years relevant experience.
• Fluent English.
• Knowledge of multiple investment instruments (Equity, Fixed Income, Asset-Backed).
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage reconciling and processing positions for Corporate Action events.
• Review Corporate Action/Proxy events and ensure processing requirements.
• Liaise with units relating to clients on Corporate Action items.
• Proactively reconcile instructions versus eligible holders; execute votes.
• Research and resolve discrepancies; update processes and procedures.
